|  Febra recently handled an extremely difficult transaction for my Aunt Kay who is 93 years old. Aunt Kay owned a 23 acre parcel of land in Ninilchik since the early 1970's and probably the last time she saw the lot was 20 years ago. She needed to sell it to help pay for health care expenses. An interested buyer made an offer on the land, Febra put together the contract and that's when we found out that, at some point during the last 20 years, someone built a 400 square foot cabin on Aunt Kay's land. After this deal fell through, Febra redoubled her efforts, got another buyer under contract, began dealing directly with the owner of the cabin, negotiated a creative deal with him for the cabin and even offered to reduce her commission to help facilitate the concurrent transaction. The sale of the land ultimately closed and I couldn't have done it without her. We are thousands of miles away on the east coast and Febra handled the details and got this land sold for my family.
